Good Morning,

Thanks to Mom who called to tell me what a mess the site was. As I had not check in this morning yet.

Goofy Owl

Good Morning Stampin Friends,
Hope you all had a good nights sleep? I did not however. Buddy had me up and 3 then I could not fall back to sleep. Ended up sleeping in until 830 this morning.
I was playing with my new Owl punch yesterday and this is what I came up with.. Cute, Cute Cute is all I can say..

Good Morning Stampers,
The sun is shining and looks like it's going to be a great day :)
Last night Cody and Tasha came for dinner. Cody wanted a weeping salad. I haven't made it in years and boy did it taste good. Iceberg lettuce, mayo, red onion, little sugar over the onion, cooked frozen peas cooled and hunks of cheese. Repeat layer and let sit the longer it sits the more the onions will weep. I do not find it a nice looking salad but tast yummy..
Then Tahsa wanted to stamp so I said go for it. She became a busy crafter. So today she is my guest stamper. I save her other card for another day lol..
I just LOVE this card she did.

Whale of a time...

Good Morning Stampers,

 The weekend that started off with a hurricane ended up being a really nice one. Last night Cody, Tasha, Helene, Alice, Skip and I went out the the lighthouse. It was beautiful out there.  Tried and tried to get a picture of Cody that boy is so stubborn. Never did like his pic taken even as a kid... Unless there is a car involved. This is the pic I did get of him..

He is in his Grandfathers car...

And the highlight of the evening was the sunset... This is one of the 50 or so that I took.. The sky was just gorgeous!

I made a birthday card for child today.

 I used crumb cake as the base, layers are soft suede and bashfull blue. The circles are cut on the Big Shot using the Circles #2 orginals Die # 114526 $ 21.95. Whale image is from Fox and Friends which comes in wood or clear mount and is in a set of 7. The 2 is something I had around in my craft room.

I have some errands to run then its laundry and crafting for the rest of the day for me...

Happy Labor Day...

Good  Afternoon,
Hoping that you are all enjoying this long weekend. If its a long weekend for you. It's not for Skip, he is at work.  It was good to see that Earl didnt' cause too much Major damage. He could of been alot worse.
Today seems like a lazy day for me for some reason. I think I'm catching up on the sleep I missed last week when it was so unbearably HOT. The weather is still nice :) just  cooler...
Well my share for today. I colored it last night and just did not like the looks of it. The good thing about paper is there are TWO sides. So thats just what I did. Still not as happy about it but better than the first try.

It's Official

Good Morning Stampin Friends,
Well it's official we are in a heat wave.. I only wish for a little breeze. Not hurricane EARL!!
We are slow moving today no one got a good nights sleep just too hot and muggy. I had the fan on me all night and still too hot. The kids are bathe and now we are getting ready to go to Costco. Brooklynn is a little fussy she needs to sleep but will not give in we are hoping that the motion of the car will lull her to sleep. As she cries Brayden say I'm right here Brooklynn its cute..

Still A Scorcher...

Good Afternoon Stampers,
It's another scorcher out there. We went to the Mall it was nice and cool in there. This afternoon we are planning on going to the "M" store and another one.
Brayden and Brooklynn and just too sweet.. Brayden came down and slept with me at 6 this morning.. I'm happy that he went right back to sleep.
