I did manage to get into the stamp room for a bit this past week. Here is one card I made Using the Crazy for Cupcakes # 111618 this only comes in wood.
I added a little dazzling diamonds glitter to my brad, Crystal effects to the sprinkles and dazzling diamonds to the flame and candle.

A= 2 '’x 21/8 Cut 3
E= 2” x 5 1/2” Cut 1
B= 2 5/8” x 3 3/8” Cut 4
C= 5 1/4’ x 1 3/4” Cut 3
D= 4 3/4’ x 2 1/8” Cut 3
E= 2” x 5 1/2 Cut 2
A = 1/4” x 5 1/2
All Cards will have a Whisper White piece that is stamped measurements in previous post. This piece will be matted on a piece of card stock A.
Then layer on your card bases.

I have been reading the book The Help and cannot seem to put it down. Can’t wait to go see the movie. So because of the book I did not get the rest of my cards finished but I will show you what I have done so far.
One Sheet Wonder.. Do any internet search and you will come up with lots. I took a 12x12 sheet of Designer Series Paper and cut it into 19 different size cuts.
Next I took a sheet of Whisper White card stock into 16~ 2-1/8" x 2-1/2" pieces.
You also need 2 sheet of card stock Color A and 2 Sheets of Color B
16 card bases
I then took Color A and made 16 pieces of 2-3/8" x 2-3/4" and three pieces of 2-1/4" x 2-3/8"
Cut four 3-3/4" x 5" pieces and two 2" x 5-1/2" pieces of Color B
You will have some left over scraps.
Then with all the piece I placed then on the card bases. Not putting adhesive until I get everything ready. Then I start stamping the Whisper white .
Adding embellishments as needed.
Here is 4 that are finished. The great thing about using Designer Series Paper that you have 2 sides of pattern to work with.

Yesterday I spent a good part of the day in my stamp room and I made 8 cards. And have enough cut out to make another 10! Woo Hoo. What I did was use a One Sheet Wonder template. What is that you say. Well, the one I used is a 12x12 Designer Series Paper one and it has all the cuts you need to put on 16 cards. I will talk more about this tomorrow when I get all of the cards finished to show you so stay tuned.
Brayden called me last night but no one was home so he left a message that went like this. Where are you, Gramma where are you, where are you , (little louder now) Gramma where are you, where are you. Now loud GRAMMA WHERE ARE YOU, WHERE ARE YOU. Then he hung up lol…
Today he is too busy playing to talk to me.
For my share today I’m using Mocha Morning Specialty Designer Series Paper # 122366. This paper has 12 sheets of 12x12, 4 of which are single sided and have black flocking. It is just GORGEOUS!

Good Morning,
We spend a great long weekend away. Stayed 2 nights with Tiffany and family and 1 night with Cody and Tasha. Family meals, walking on the Halifax water front. Smores at Cody and Tashas. Can’t leave out playing, snuggling and kisses from Brayden and Brooklynn..
Hoping to get into the craft room today. Still have a few sets of rubber that has not seen ink yet! And that is just not right. So I need to fix it.
My share today is my 2 beautiful grandkids. I will try and get a card on later..
2 little cuties. We took them for a walk at Albro Lake in Dartmouth. A few ducks but not as many as there normally is.
Well I have errands to run so must go and get them done..

Good Thursday Morning.
I’m hoping that the fog clears off and it turns out to be a nice day. I have laundry going and would like to hang the clothes on the clothes line today if possible.
Well its official. My ticket is bought to go to Ottawa in September. I’m going with my friend Annette. We will be staying at my sister and brother in laws. I’m excited and we got a great deal to boot. Now to start planning what we can do while we are there. I love to plan out trips.
As I’m typing this out I’m having internet problems again. This is getting to be a bit much. Do I see a change in providers coming soon. I couldn’t get on yesterday and was on the phone for about 45 mins with the tech. Our modem is a dinosaur, he didn’t even know what it looked like. We have had this modem for 16 years. I keep telling them thats the problem but noooo they think they know best. I know one thing it makes me cranky when I’m paying for a service I cannot use.
Enough whining you say… Ok lets move on. NOTE: As I’m typing this whine Buddy starts barking. And YES you guessed it. It’s the repair man… WooHoo he finally has a new modem for me. I’m so excited…

Last night the Monday Night Scrappers group met, and as usual it was a great night. Laughs, crafting what could be better.

Brayden is counting down the sleeps until Gramma goes there. Well Gramma never said that she was going. And when ask why he thought that he said he misses Gramma and Buddy. Ya he wants Buddy to go to his house too. We are thinking of going this weekend but no final plans have been made.
Last night we made this card. Thanks to Jackie Topa for pattern and great idea. This is such a cute card and there is so many different ideas you could do with it… Its a fun card to make and not really all that hard to do you just need to concentrate on your cuts.
My tomato plants have lots of little ones growing and my 1 green pepper plant as 6 peppers growing. This is the first time I have planted these so I’m excited to see them growing.

It has tuned out to be a beautiful morning. Laundry is in the washer. Buddy is on the deck enjoying the weather.
Well yesterday Tiffany woke with a rash on her. Mom and Dad are visiting her and Mom said it looks like Shingles. Tiffany got right into the dr. And sure enough she has shingles. Last night and today she is in a LOT of pain. The doctor said that they are seeing more young people getting shingles. Hopefully her meds kick in and does not spread any more.
Im really liking the 2011-2013 In Colors. The only one I have not used a lot of so far is the Wisteria Wonder. Must get that out and play with it more. Which one do you like? or do you even like them?

Hello Stamping Friends,
Things going good you today I hope. I’m not sure where my morning went but it got away from me.
Brayden didn’t need stitches so that was good. The doctor said that any deep and he would of and the cut clotted after a few hours so as long as it doesn’t start bleeding again he should be good. The dr. checked him over good, eyes, teeth, ears. He must of took quite the fall. Hopefully he will start listening to his mommy. With a boy you know that this is only the beginning.
When I first noticed the stamp set NOT SO SERIOUSLY I laughed and laughed. And knew I just had to have it.

That was sure a wild day yesterday. We lost power for about a half hour early last evening. Seemed weird the sun was shining and it was nice out and we loose power.
Are you a Big Brother fan? Its on tonight I cannot wait, I really enjoy watching this show. Makes me laugh…

Tiffany just called and Brayden fell down outside while they were waiting for the bus. And cut his lip she is very concerned and is taking him to Dartmouth General, she said that its a deep cut won’t stop bleeding. Poor little guy… She thinks he will need stitches.
Well I’m off to the grocery store and while I’m out I will pick up ink for my printed too.

Oh my gosh, what a thunder and lightening show we had early this morning. It went on and on like that song that never ends. Buddy was so scared which in turn makes me have to get up, poor doggy. He is sleeping now so that is good. We are still under a serve thunder watch.
