Necktie Box

Good Morning,
Oh my goodness the sky opened up a little while ago and did it ever rain. Glad that I was in my house wouldn't want to get caught out in that.
I started this box last night I found the pattern on line for this and thought it was so cute. I think Kristen Morris was the one to make it first.
So do you think it looks like a necktie? I think it came out cute. I'm going to put some lotto tickets in it and give it to my Dad. Opps hope he doesn't check  my blog before I give it to him :)

I'm still working on the basket for my strawberries. I will get that posted as soon as I get it finished.
On Wednesday June 22nd I'm having a Card and Coffee class if you would like to attend. Its 2 cards and coffee for $6.00. Starts 9:30am and runs until about 11ish. If you do plan on attending please let me know also please bring your own adhesive and dimensional, scissors etc.
Have a great day... and lets get Crafty..

Strawberries

Good Friday Morning,

We are in for a beautiful day today :) Its strawberry season around here. I havent' started making my jam yet but will soon. I also told Brayden that we could make jam together so I have to do that. We have been eating strawberries this past week and I got 3 more quarts today. Yummm..

So I started making paper strawberries. I made one out of the red glitter paper, red Designer Paper and Real Red card stock. I ran the real red one through the big shot to give it texture. What do you think? Today I'm going to try and make a basket for them. and make a few more to go into the basket. The glitter on I used a button on top the other 2 I punched out with Boho Blossom. And I Also used the 5 petal punch to cut the top from.

Gerber Daisy

 Good Morning ,

Did you stay up and watch the hockey game? Boston is this years winner of the Stanley Cup.  Congrats to them...I watched the game but didnt' really have a favorite team.

My boxes of catalogues arrived yesterday, the deliver man told me to be careful lifting them as they were heavy.

I have another order arriving today its a stamp set that was on back order from my last order. Then no more orders until next week.

Just 2 weeks left to buy those items on the Last Chance List. If you look on the Last Chance List and see that the 12x12 papers are on there DO NOT WORRY they are not leaving. NO change in Colors this year other than adding 5 more. Stampin'Up! is changing the way the paper is packaged.

My share today is a couple of gerber dasies. I cannot wait to make more in different colors.

They are so pretty in person and look so real, I just love them. I made something else with flowers and didnt' use the stems or leaves so I paired them up together. I used the Big Shot and Daisy Diez #2.

Have a great day.

Joy Fold Wedding

Good Morning Stamping Friends,
Hope you are having better weather than we are in this part of the country. Rain and more rain, and cold temps. Feels more like October or March than the middle of June.
Today my plan is to go into the craft room and make new display boards. Clean up the room as it looks like a bomb went off. And then sit down and create some awesome projects..
Here's a joy fold card we made in a class recently. Know what is funny, as I was loading this unto this page I noticed that I have the  Designer Paper upside down the writing is the wrong way  oops.. Now I never noticed when I did the class and if others did they were polite and never mentioned it!

And notice the antique brad we used.. They are really nice. I need to use them more often and yay they will still be available in the next coming year. Stampin'Up! Year runs from July - June.
Today my order of catalogues are scheduled to arrive. Yay. Stampin'Up! has ask that we do not pass them out until the 20th. So if you would like one I can take you name down now. I will be selling the books for $5.00 each.
Fun and Fast Notes will be retiring the end of June.
Have a great day.. Happy Crafting..

T Shirt Card

Good Morning,
Last night we had our Monday Night Scrappers Club, and my goodness everyone finished up their cards really quick. It was a early night for us. Skip was surprised to see me home so early lol..
Poor Brayden he walked (ran) into the door jamb and got a egg size bump on his head.
And little Brooklynn figured out how to climb up on the couch. When they were here she was trying really hard to climb up on the couch. She finally mastered it. Not sure if that is a good thing. But she made it up on the couch and clapped for herself. LOL...
Here is the other card we made tonight. I got the idea from Darlene McCallum a fellow demo.

Tonight I was thinking of all the different possible ways you could do this. You could make it girly with different colors. Stamp smaller images all over.
This stamp set is retiring at the end of the month.

Countryside...

Happy Monday Morning Friends,
Does that greeting make you feel like smiling? I need something to make me smile in this raining weather. We did have a few beautiful days last week but they were short lived.
Hostess Club is tonight and for once I'm already well ahead of the game.. YA ME!!
This is one of the cards we will be making tonight. I have different sentiments if you do not want to put husband!

Do you know what I realized on the weekend the small oval punch is retiring! When I first looked at the Last Chance List I thought it was the little one that was in the Holiday mini, I was wrong.... Oh no how can this be it fits so perfect with the other oval punches.
Thanks for stopping in, come back again real soon.

I'll be back later camera is downstairs.

Last Chance

Hello Stampers , No I have not forgotten about you . I have some cards to post just need to get their pictures taken.
I have both grandkids here this week. Which is making it very hard to get anything done. Brooklynn has deceided that she must stay up to 11 most night or later. So that kind of cuts into my time for doing anything.
And last night I cam on with a cold, and the junk that goes with it. Sore throat etc.
The Last chance List is now available. There are links on the right hand side to click on..
